Quick Answers
Before You Call
Answers to the questions we hear most often from patients, families, and providers.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any referral paperwork from your physician. Our care coordinator will send you a full checklist before your visit.
How long does a typical infusion take?
Infusion times vary by therapy — typically 1–4 hours. Your care coordinator will give you a precise time estimate when scheduling so you can plan your day accordingly.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes. Many of our services including infusion therapy and wound care can be delivered in the comfort of your home. Ask your care coordinator about home visit availability in your area.
How do I refer a patient?
Visit our For Providers page to submit an online referral, or call our provider coordination line directly at +1 (240) 852-9384.
How does insurance verification work?
We handle insurance verification on your behalf at no cost. Once a referral is received, our team contacts your insurer to verify benefits and process prior authorization — typically within 24 hours.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Gaithersburg, MD and serve patients across the greater Maryland area. Home visits are available in select zip codes — contact us to confirm availability in your location.
